JOB SUMMARY

The leading manufacturer of archery and outdoor recreation products, is currently seeking a Director of Sales with prior experience in the archery and outdoor sports markets. The successful applicant will be responsible for the development and program execution relating to all sales functions including; customer service, order fulfillment, pricing, distributors, dealers, buy groups, outside sales, forecasting, competitive analysis, and annual sales meetings. This position reports to VP of Sales & Marketing and aligns sales programs to the company’s business plan and strategies.
